Meet Cristin

Hello, I’m Dr. Cristin Sanfelippo. I created my practice, Integrative Brain and Body, out of my passion to bring specialized neurologic and vestibular physical therapy to people in their home and community based on what they truly need for their quality of life.

I am a board certified Neurologic Physical Therapist with 15 years of experience. I graduated from Saint Louis University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2007. I completed the Herdman Vestibular Competency course in 2017. Over my career, I have had the opportunity to work in settings across the continuum of care from critical care to inpatient rehab to outpatient neurologic rehab. This has given me a deeper understanding of a patient’s full progression in their recovery and the physical and emotional challenges that come along with each stage. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the beauty of the PNW with my two kiddos and our black lab.

Balance for a Life Fully Lived

Telemedicine

1:1 therapy for individuals anywhere in Washington state to further ease the burden of leaving home and receive specialized neurologic or vestibular rehab no matter where you live.

Concierge Therapy

We come to you where you are at to ease the burden of travel, work schedules and childcare.

Personalized Care

You have access via text, email and phone to discuss any questions about your exercises, progressions or reminders of information from prior sessions to maximize your overall outcome.

My success is clearly the result of the excellent and ongoing physical therapy program created for me by Cristin Sanfelippo, the owner and founder of INTEGRATIVE BRAIN and BODY. Individuals who have neuromuscular deficits are now very fortunate have access to her knowledge and skills.

How we work

01

Discovery Call

We set up a complimentary call via phone or telemedicine to discuss your concerns and answer initial questions.

02

Evaluation

A comprehensive evaluation is 60-90 minutes. We will establish care, review your history, target the root cause of your symptoms and establish a plan of care to address your goals.

03

Treatment Sessions

Treatments are in your home or workplace. They can also occur over telemedicine. They last 60 minutes. The number of sessions will be determined based off of your root cause, symptoms and goals.
